Adult Leadership
Janet Pulido - Webelos Leader
I have been involved with Cub Scout Pack 553 for over six years, having become the Tiger Leader when my son joined the Pack. I have served as Tiger Leader, Wolf Leader, Bear Leader, Webelos I and Webelos II Leader, with several of the Webelos II's earning all 20 Activity Badges and all f the Webelos II Cub Scouts earning their Arrow of Light before graduation and continuing the Scouting Trail with Boy Scouts. Scouting gives our young men to trail to follow and goals to meet and enables a sort of "right of passage" from a young boy to a young man.
Luis Carranza - Tiger and Wolf Leader
I am a Police officer and the father of two sons, the eldest was part of Pack 553 and has since graduated and gone on to Boy Scouts and is working on his Eagle rank. My youngest is a Tiger and will be advancing to Wolf upon completion of the first grade. I firmly believe that the Scout's program develops self confidence, strength of character and the desire to serve others and I am committed to the continued success of Cub Scout Pack 553.
Amy Rosario - Treasurer
I have been an active part of Cub Scout Pack 553 for Several years, having begun the Scouting program with my oldest son, and now with my youngest son, who will be a Webelos I at the end of the school year. I have served in several capacities throughout the tears, including committee chairman, chartered organization liaison, assistant Wolf Leader and treasurer. I am committed to the success of the Cub Scout Program and am working to see my eldest son earn his Eagle Rank and my youngest his Arrow of Light in the coming years.
Nickie Stradley - Cubmaster and Bear Leader
I became a Cub Scout Leader 35 years ago when my son wanted to join the Cub Scout program. I have served the Pack in various capacities over the years and have seen continued interest in the Scouting program within our community. I sincerely believe in the Scouting program and its ability to make a difference in the lives of our young men. Not only do they gain self confidence, but they believe in themselves and their ability to achieve great things, make a difference in the world as a whole and become out future leaders.
